Job Description
As a Network & Security Engineer you will be required to work with customers from multiple industries. You will be responsible for various tasks including implementation, configuration and support of networking devices and providing operational technical support to the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of Network and Security devices.
- Responsible for on-site or remote implementation / assistance as required.
- Communicating and collaborating with various members of customer and internal teams.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts/issues in a simple, relevant manner.
- Maintaining network inventory, contracts and track changes.
- Creating monthly reports, highlighting areas of concern, providing suggestions, resolving and closing issues.
Requirement
- Knowledge on routing and switching
- Basic knowledge on firewall technology
- Basic knowledge on wireless technology
- DC experience would be plus
